Eligibility Process

Eligibility Process

The Eligibility Period for 2023-25 Grants is now closed. Check back in again in the Fall of 2024 for the next round of Eligibility.

Eligibility Process

The first step in the grant application process is for interested organizations and programs to submit a required Eligibility Checklist via our Grant Portal. This step is still required for organizations who have previously been through our eligibility and/or application process, however, the process will be somewhat abbreviated. The Checklist consists of basic eligibility questions and document uploads. Eligible programs that meet UWWMC’s eligibility criteria and align with our Impact Framework will be invited to submit a full grant application.

Non-profits interested in entering the eligibility process that do not yet have Grant Portal access, please contact us at grants@unitedwaywaco.org.

Impact Framework Update

We are introducing a revised Impact Framework for the 2023-25 Grant Cycle. This new framework was developed in an effort to align our grant-making with community-identified priorities outlined in the McLennan County Child Well-being Movement’s Community Action Plan. You can review our new Impact Framework here.
